Perception is Everything! Remaining in Your Inner JOY!!

 


In a Very Stressed World... What Will Be Will Be

It can feel overwhelming when the physical reality is asking for your attention. Within is where we find the parts of ourselves that will bring us the most peace. Inside is also where we find our pain and shadow aspects. We will then focus on the outside to try and alleviate the pain we feel. This does nothing for us but brings us out of alignment with ourselves and creates a cycle of stress. 

Going Within...

As we go within and seek to understand our shadow & release our pain we become more in alignment with our divine self. I have been doing energy work for clients for about 3 years & the relief assists when the heart becomes too heavy for an individual to do alone. Below are some techniques you can use to begin to crack open the heart & begin to heal. In this way you can begin to radiate with inner-JOY! 

Healing, Revealing & Relief 

  • Journaling: This is a great technique for beginning to understand your own inner-thoughts and emotions. In this way you can begin to honor your inner child and shadow. 
  • Give Up Judgment: When You choose to stop Judging yourself, you will naturally not judge others so harshly. Discernment is simply being aware. However, when judgement is passed on someone based on your personal trauma, you begin to see others in a warped way. This also makes the other the "enemy" & you a perpetual "victim". 
  • Appreciating Triggers: When you become "triggered" or agitated by something someone says to you look at it as an opportunity to see something within yourself that you were previously unaware of. 
  • Meditation: Meditation is the art of tuning in with the self. If you find thoughts becoming distracting, focus on the breath and allow thoughts to come and go, just refocusing as needed. 
  • Body Scan Technique: Your cells are part of your kingdom. Therefore, it's important to clear negative and unwanted energies from them. You can lay down and go into meditation once you feel relaxed focus on your feet. Then Breathe in, focus on one spot on the feet. After you breathe in hold your point of attention and just imagine any negative energy being drawn to the point. After that release the negative energy on the out breath. Repeat this process as you move up your body in sections. 
  • Affirmations: Positive Self-talk is really what affirmations are. When we use positive affirmations, we begin to shift our perception of our reality. Pay attention to any negative self-talk and when it comes up say something positive about yourself to yourself three times. This will help to realign your subconscious mind with you most joyous energy. 
  • Celebrate for No Reason: When you are feeling stressed or depressed sometimes getting up and doing something will help to move the energy in a more joyful direction. Get up and clean, dance, sing, cook an amazing meal, put on your favorite song or watch something funny. Even going for a walk within nature or simply getting some sun will lift your spirits & keep you in alignment!
  • If The Pain is Too Great:  Sometimes when we start our process of healing, we may reach a point where the pain becomes overwhelming. Inner-Joy & Perception

What fosters inner joy is a feeling of overwhelming gratitude. I was going to put gratitude on the list above. However, this is a topic that is asking for more expansion. I have used a gratitude list at some of the hardest points in my life & wrote what I was grateful for down for months. I would always charge my notebook with my heart chakra after. I would literally hug it close to my chest. Gratitude is a very powerful emotion for change & fostering inner joy. 

We are always manifesting based on our emotional energy. The missing piece of manifesting is emotion, not just intention. Therefore, we are always manifesting. However, when we receive what we don't want, we end up manifesting situations that bring us more pain based on our constant focus on emotional pain. When we aren't healing those negative emotions, situations will keep showing up that reinforce those emotions. It is a sign that we need to address these emotions & release them for healing. Once we heal, release, & change our frequency, things will change on the outside. Fostering inner-joy & healing is the way to shift our perception to a more loving reality.
